Here at Martin’s, we guarantee our perishables 200%! If you are ever unsatisfied with a meat, deli, produce or other perishable purchase, just bring the product back with or without your receipt and we will refund you the full purchase price and give new product to you. Acts of nature or inability of manufacturers to ship advertised items are not eligible. Customers returning merchandise should visit the customer service desk at the front of the store and we will be happy to help you!
Personal Guarantee
All merchandise is sold with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. This means the full purchase price will be refunded OR another product given to our customers for any merchandise which has not given complete satisfaction. Meat purchases, the deli, seafood and produce departments and perishable items with the Martin’s label are guaranteed 200%. Customers returning merchandise that is unsatisfactory should visit the customer service desk at the front of the store. Proof of purchase is appreciated but not required.
Rain Checks
Ever make a trip to a store, only to find that great sale item you walked in the door for is out of stock? At Martin’s Super Markets, we guarantee our advertised specials will be in stock, or you get a rain check plus a dollar when you return! To get a rain check, simply mention the desired item to your cashier and he/she will issue you a rain check. You will receive $1.00 back whenever the rain check is redeemed. Please note: Rain Checks are issued on Newspaper Ad items only. Rain Checks do not pertain to In-Store specials, warehouse budget savers or every day low price. These are always “while supplies last.” Rain checks are not valid for alcohol purchases.
